1mjy Runabout v.1

 freeware/custom made Runabout,  added a cargo bay and a iva [ not fully finish ], 

u can add a seat in iva and u can board it and u will see the kerbal inside.

it uses lcars impulse and can be used as a vanila cockpit.

update v 1.2 is the main file, a walk in iva, also it has a new engine, but only static for lcars for now
