Arkingthaad ULTRA-lite

PLEASE NOTE that this is based completely off of WhackJobKSP's Arkingthaad super lite lander found here.

Quoting WhackJobKSP:

"The challenge:  Kerbal Cup contestants!  Your challenge is as follows:  You have been provided one ship of my own design.  You have one week to assemble it, launch it, land it someplace interesting, then return it safely to the Kerbal Space Center, using a powered landing.  'Whack don't do 'chutes!
