iAmEMT's Interplanetary Orbital Refueling Station

I used HyperEdit to put the station into orbit, due to it being my first station I have made. This station will be built and tested while orbiting Duna only. Please note that this is an 'alpha' model meaning that changes will occur from time to time, but the station will always be in 1-piece so HyperEdit (or mad skills) will be required to use this station. Please post any suggestions or discrepancies in the comments below.
