Description
Have been working on this for a while. My take on the constellation project. Currently includes: Lander frame with gear, bow tanks, mav and fore and aft cargo units (KIS required), the texturing is still WIP so be patient. Let me know what you think. The original HLV is busy being fixed at the moment CoM issues.
Install: You know the drill. Copy moonprint folder to ksp gamedata folder.
The MAV decoupler is attached to a second node on the rear of the lander (not conical side).
The nose cone attaches to the top and a standard dock-o-tron connects to a hidden node just below the surface of the top of the capsule.
Engines are not included. However the RK-Z-146 Solo engine from contares mod fit perfectly. You will need to adjust the thrust within the cfg to 300kn. Set your MAV engines to aaround 60% thrust and you should be able to maintain stable horizontal flight without RCS thrusters.
Cargo containers require KIS.
