Notes:

Action groups are assigned as follows: 1 toggles RAPIERs, 2 toggles jets

Make sure that the rocket fuel fuselages are set to not output oxidizer or liquid fuel during ascent 

How to install:

1. download
2. place in SPH folder under ships folder

How to use

1. turn throttle to 100% for takeoff
2. fly at a 45 degree incline for first atmosphere shade (keep all engines on, throttle back as needed to stay around 200 m/s)
3. ascend at 20 degrees, tapering to around 5 near where there is engine flame out (full throttle)
4. just before flame out shut down jets by pressing "2"
5. burn to desired apoapsis, then complete orbital insertion
6. do what you want or land

If landing

1. as soon as you hit the atmosphere, apply air brakes (keep these on till about 200 m/s)
2. fly to KSC and land, as soon as you hit runway, apply brakes and air brakes
