Reassigns the IVA-Altimeter-Hands (InternalAltimeterThreeHands) to use 'Notice to Airmen' readings – means:

hand100Name = MediumArm
hand1000Name = ShortArm
hand10000Name = LongArm

instead off

hand100Name = LongArm
hand1000Name = MediumArm
hand10000Name = ShortArm
