VTOL SSTO Thunder 5004 (stock)

After the expensive Mothership campaign, kerbal space agency  finances are lowest than ever. So during their free times, kerbal engineers tried to create something cheaper and the more enjoyable possible. That is the way the VTOL SSTO Thunder 4004 project rose.

After some troubles to dock 4004 Thunder inside a mothership, kerbal engineers redesign the Thunder project more compact. The new 5004 Thunder is now able to be docked inside Motherships.

Ship capable to vertical take-off, reach Kerbin orbit, re-entry, and land verticaly with some fuel left to have some more fun.

Action buttons :
Spacebar -> Retract ladders
Custom01 -> Toggle vertical engine, and vertical ligth
Custom02 -> Toggle rear engine
Custom03 -> Toggle space engines

Launch procedure:

Reach 12km altitude, increase speed at maximum.

Shutdown vertical engine, and try to keep between 15° and 25°angle until the end of the ascention.

At 37Km altitude, reduce thrust to 2/3

At 40Km altitude, reduce thrust to 1/3

At 43Km atltitude, reduce thrust to 1/6

At 44Km altitude and 2200m/s speed, Start Rockomax engines and finalise orbiting.
