Throttle controlled avionics is a plugin that let you steer and stabilize your "rockets" by throttling down the engines on one side. Features include, but are not limited to: keeping that stupid VTOL your little brother build stable and make a rocket preform a handbrake turn. Side effect: The more engines you bolt on it, the better TCA becomes.
